You are permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Account Balance.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details.
• All activities, bets and transactions made under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

z9999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Your use of the Platform must at all times comply with applicable law.

You agree that you will not:

• Access or attempt to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

z9999 reserves the right to monitor Platform usage for compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Where a violation is identified, z9999 may take immediate action including account suspension, fund seizure and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified in the Account section of the Platform. All deposits are subject to applicable KYC verification requirements before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.

6.2 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with the applicable minimum withdrawal amounts. Processing times vary by method and are subject to operator workload, compliance review and third-party provider timelines. z9999 makes no guarantee of specific processing speeds.

6.3 Payment Method References. 8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from the Platform. z9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a market price is erroneous or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

8.3 Odds Accuracy. z9999 endeavours to publish accurate odds at all times. In the event that an odds error occurs — including manifest errors — z9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the user's account balance.

8.4 Cricket and PSL Markets. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and Test matches — are subject to the governing body's official match results for settlement purposes. Weather interruptions, match suspensions and DLS-adjusted results are governed by the applicable market rules.

8.5 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets placed after an event's de-facto outcome — whether or not that outcome has been officially declared — may be voided at z9999's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z9999 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Any involvement in the manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes, including through association with match-fixers or corrupt officials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to achieve an unfair betting advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or casino environments.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that violates the spirit of the offer terms.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted systems or any automated means to place bets without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

14.1 Termination by the User. You may close your account at any time by contacting z9999 support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable market rules and any verified available Account Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

14.2 Termination by z9999. z9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account with immediate effect and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You are found to have provided false, incomplete or misleading information at any stage.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, money laundering or other illegal conduct is detected in connection with your account.
• z9999 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order or regulatory direction.
• You are identified as a resident of or accessing from a Restricted Territory.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. z9999 may retain personal data for the period required by applicable law and compliance obligations. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law — shall remain in full force.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the applicable operator holds its licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are expressly reminded that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may apply to their use of the Platform. This clause does not constitute legal advice. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless an applicable law mandates a different forum for consumer disputes.
